Between intention and execution is a great distance

It is very easy to say "I will do this", "I will aim for that". It is very easy to identify an idea as a good one only to change one's mind later when it proves to be difficult or even unachievable. It is much more so with trying to make any kind of money online. The people who say it is easy as following a recipe must have gone through a terrible time when they were starting out and they want you to pay for the knowledge that they have gained by buying their eBook. That seems to be their success: selling books. Maybe that should be the course that I should take. If they succeed in making money selling books it must be because they have failed at their many attempts as they know that I will fail in mine doing the very things I do now that they did years before. This makes them Internet Gurus. Will they be able to help me make money online?

These gurus know hundreds or even thousands of ways to fail in the Internet. They will surely make money online if I dipped into my stash and bought their eBook. Will their eBooks teach me to make money online? They are gurus because they have tried many things and failed, a knowledge which they are now successfully selling in the Internet. If I want to be a guru someday I will have to follow their footsteps and fail like they failed. That is if I want to be like them and be a Guru and sell eBooks. I could simplify the process and read their eBooks and merely rehash what it is that they say but then I would be a fake Guru. I would be like a war hero who never was in a war. That is something that I don't think I can live with so I guess I will have to find my own way until I find a Guru that I want to follow.

Of course, I am merely hypothesizing here since I have not bought an eBook. All I have done is read articles circling around the perimeter of real knowledge and I could not bring all of these theories to practice since I don't know what is in these eBooks not having bought one. A real catch-22 if you ask me. This prompts me to search some more. There must be something out there that I can sink my teeth into.

Like I said before, I am taking the cash-free approach to making money in the Internet. A foolish way to try to make money you might say. All I can say is this: I have not made any money hut I also have not lost money. All I have lost is time but I have gained a lot in losing some of my ignorance. The truth is still out there.
